1. Overview

The Odd Archive ("we", "us") operates theoddarchive.com and Odd Archive Studio, a private, first-party tool that publishes videos to our own TikTok account and reads their performance statistics via TikTok's official APIs. This policy explains what data those services handle.

2. Data collected by this website

This website is static. It does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising, and it does not ask you to create an account. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical logs (such as IP address and user agent) to serve and secure the site; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

3. Data handled by Odd Archive Studio

Odd Archive Studio is used only by the operator of The Odd Archive and connects only to TikTok accounts we own. When the operator authorizes it via TikTok's login flow, the tool receives and stores, locally on the operator's own machine:

OAuth access and refresh tokens for the connected account;
basic profile information of the connected account (display name, avatar);
metadata and public statistics of the account's own videos (titles, view/like/comment/share counts).

This data is used solely to publish our own content and measure its performance. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. No data about viewers or other TikTok users is collected.

4. Data retention and deletion

Tokens and statistics are retained locally for as long as the integration is in use. Access can be revoked at any time from TikTok's app settings (Settings → Security → Apps and websites), which immediately invalidates the tokens; local data is deleted on request or when no longer needed.

5. Third-party services

Videos are produced using licensed third-party services (text-to-speech, stock footage). Only our own script text and audio are sent to those services — never any TikTok user data.

6. Children

Our website and tools are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be available at this URL.
